Built on Real Business Experience
We started dynelarios because too many businesses were making critical decisions without proper financial insight. Our approach combines analytical rigor with practical business sense.
How We Started
Back in 2018, I was consulting for a manufacturing company that was losing money on what seemed like their most popular product line. The owner was convinced sales volume meant success, but the numbers told a different story.
After three months of detailed analysis, we discovered they were actually losing .40 on every unit sold. The revelation changed everything about how they approached pricing and resource allocation.
That project became the foundation for dynelarios. We realized that many business owners have great instincts but lack the analytical framework to make truly informed financial decisions. That's the gap we set out to fill.

What Drives Our Work
Every analysis we complete is guided by principles that have shaped our practice since day one. These aren't just values we talk about – they're the foundation of how we approach every client relationship.
Practical Insight
Analysis means nothing if it doesn't translate into actionable business decisions. We focus on findings that actually help you run your business better.
Transparent Process
You should understand exactly how we reached our conclusions. We explain our methodology and assumptions so you can make confident decisions.
Real Results
We measure success by the improvement in your business performance, not by how impressive our reports look. Results matter more than presentations.
